** IP Fac Kaiser Specialist II**, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
* Managing order release, billing setup, and documentation follow-up activities to support timely revenue realization.
* Reviewing ship-pending orders for missing information and coordinating with internal and external customers to obtain required documentation for order release.
* Partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to secure approvals and resolve issues impacting order release and billing processes.
* Prioritizing daily worklists and recertification/reauthorization activities to minimize billing delays and revenue loss.
* Delivering excellent customer service while identifying process improvement opportunities, providing team backup support, and completing additional assigned responsibilities.## Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND five (5) years of experience providing customer support, call center services, healthcare support, or related operational support in a private, public, government, or military environment.
** Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
*** Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* Experience working with ERP and related business systems such as HERO, Oracle, Delair, File Net, or Genesis.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and sound business judgment.
