** Summary
* * Assess, plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the standards of nutrition therapy. Provides care for inpatient and/ or outpatient caseload. Occasional weekend and/ or holiday coverage if staffing needs warrant. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary treatment team regarding the needs of the patient. Opportunities to contribute to presentations, publications, supervision of students/ interns, and execution of departmental education efforts which will contribute to advancement in the Clinical Ladder.
** Responsibilities:
*** Complete assessments and reassessment of assigned patients in accordance to established standards of care and practice including selecting assessment tools, tests and measures, goal setting, etc.
* Participate in interdisciplinary team planning and coordination of care.
* Participate in education in-services, presentations, etc., as needed.
* Accurately performs documentation on each evaluation and treatment session within the electronic medical record and accurately documents billing charges.

** Credentials and

Qualifications:

*** Bachelor's degree in nutrition
* Current Registration with CDR or RD eligible with successful registration within 6 months of hire date.
* Temporary Florida licensure required if not currently licensed in the State of Florida
* BLS Certification
* One year of clinical experience preferred. Clinical experience in an acute care hospital during Dietitian externship will be accepted.
** Salary Range**$63,377.60 - $96,699.20
* Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
