- Ability to plan and implement nutrition care for patients
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local standards and regulations
Description:
Responsible for the planning and implementation of the nutrition care for patients in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. Provides oversight in coordination with the Culinary Services Manager. Ensures that safe and accurate food service is provided to patients.
