Location:Dallas Medical Physician Group– Mesquite, TX

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner

• Answer incoming calls and direct patients, providers, and staff appropriately

• Schedule and reschedule patient appointments following provider protocols

• Collect co-pays, deductibles, and other payments according to company policy

• Assist with paperwork, front office tasks, and other duties or specialprojects as assigned

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous medical office receptionist experience preferred.
• BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
