Looking for a compassionate Referral Specialist with clerical experience in multi-campus care for patients with mental health and addiction diagnoses.
Skilled in documentation, customer service, and committed to providing a therapeutic environment for patients looking for treatment.
Job Responsibilities:What you will do.
Support agency operations by receiving, prioritizing, coordinating and processing all referrals for service.
Develops and forges positive relationships with referral sources in an effort to provide exceptional service.
Operate effectively across diverse departments through out the agency.

Job Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent required with at least one year of prior customer service experience, office/clerical experience with frequent customer contact.
Must be proficient in MS Word, and be able to attain competency with the company electronic medical record.
Must possess and routinely demonstrate exceptional customer service, time management, organization, and communication skills.
