Position: Industrial Medical Provider
Schedule: Full-time, 2nd Shift (M-Th) 3:30pm - 2am.
Location: Tomahawk, WI

IdealCandidate:
Licensed RN, LPN, EMT, or Paramedic with strong assessment and communication skills who is passionate about workplace health and safety. The ideal candidate thrives in an industrial environment, provides first aid and injury care under OSHA guidelines, promotes employee wellness, and enjoys working independently while supporting a collaborative occupational health team.

- Provide first aid care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full scope of licensure)
- Respond to workplace illnesses and injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite center
- Administer vaccines, COVID/flu tests, and operate medical equipment (EKG, AED, emergency kits)
- Conduct pre-employment physicals including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnaires
- Perform return-to-work evaluations including breath alcohol and drug screenings
- Lift 30-50 lbs as needed
- Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
- Occasional stooping, bending, and reaching from floor level to overhead
- Tasks involving pinching, grasping, and gripping
- Periodic computer work
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards
- Experience in industrial healthcare or occupational health a plus
- RN, LPN, EMT & Paramedic certification or licensure in your state (required)
- CPR and First Aid certification (BLS) (required)
- 6 months to 1 year of professional experience preferred
