Job responsibilities include but are not limited to production of user reports, data collection, advertisement, collecting money, ordering supplies, troubleshooting and or contacting outside vendors for equipment and software issues. Responsibilities also include issuing s, training staff on the use of the m, developing and maintaining user manuals. This position also provides assistance to Human Resources, Corporate, Medical Education, Pharmacy, Payroll and all other Ohio Health Departments badges involving s related issues.

70% Issues s, confirms authorization for assigning restricted access to badge holders, fingerprinting, collects and deposits money. Resolves  user access issues and or  related issues 20% Provides assistance to Human Resources, Corporate, Medical Education, Pharmacy, Payroll and all other Ohio Health Departments reference  production, special projects, questions and concerns. 10% Troubleshoots  equipment and software. Train new staff, creates and maintain user manuals.

Orders r supplies. As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties. High School or GED (Required)

Additional vocational or training in computer science or information technology. Proficient with PC environment and applications. Experience with systems maintenance and reporting. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Basic math skills. One to two years related Experience .
