Help Patients Heal. Make a Difference Every Day.
At Complete Care, healing begins long before treatment starts. Every patient deserves timely access to care, a compassionate experience, and a team committed to helping them recover with confidence. As a Care Coordinator (Admin), you'll play an essential role in creating a seamless patient journey by ensuring every interaction is welcoming, organized, and focused on helping patients move forward in their recovery.
As the first and often last person our patients interact with, you'll help coordinate care, remove barriers to treatment, and create an experience built on trust, communication, and exceptional service. Your work directly supports better outcomes for every patient who walks through our doors.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning or growing a career in healthcare who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces continuous learning, and takes pride in making every interaction count.
If you're dependable, organized, compassionate, and energized by helping both patients and teammates succeed, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do

- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments across multiple healthcare services to help patients stay on track with their care plans.

- Collect and verify insurance and demographic information accurately to support efficient patient care and claims processing.
- Assist patients with questions regarding appointments, payments, and next steps in their recovery.
- Maintain complete and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EHR).
- Coordinate with providers and teammates to ensure every patient receives a seamless, well-coordinated experience.
- Support insurance authorization workflows and follow up on outstanding approvals to reduce delays in care.
- Help remove barriers to care by proactively identifying scheduling or authorization issues before they impact patients.
- Maintain an organized, professional front office while supporting efficient clinic operations.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve workflows, enhance the patient experience, and support your team.
