Location: Trenton
Henry J Austin Health Center is seeking a Behavioral Health Counselor (BHC) to deliver integrated, trauma-informed behavioral health services in a patient-centered setting. The role includes assessment, brief interventions, referrals, and follow-up via face-to-face or telemedicine in collaboration with primary care teams.
Must hold a Master’s in Social Work or a PhD in Clinical Psychology, with NJ LSW/LCSW licensure preferred; LPC/LAC considered.
