Compleat Rehab & Sports Therapy is a growing network of therapy clinics dedicated to excellent patient care. We’re looking for a Floater Front Desk Patient Advocate to join our team and provide coverage across our clinics.
This role is a part-time position.

About the Job
Compleat Rehab and Sports Medicine is looking for a Floating Front Desk Patient Advocate who would like to join our Adult Rehab family. The Floating Front Desk Patient Advocate (FDPA) will act as the "face" of the Compleat Rehab clinic, providing excellent customer service while also covering all PTOs, extended leave, callouts, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Traveling between all locations to assist with FDPA duties as needed
• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service
• Manage scheduling, referrals, and patient check-in/out
• Verify insurance, collect payments, and ensure billing accuracy
• Support clinic operations by maintaining records in the EMR system
• Assist with administrative duties as needed to keep the clinic running smoothly

Requirements

• 2+ years of front desk/receptionist or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi‑task in a busy clinic environment
• Flexible with travel (up to 50%)
• Background check required

Physical Demands
Typical office stuff. Sitting. standing, walking. Using standard office equipment, looking at computer or mobile device screens. Nothing out of the ordinary.
