Compensation
  • Salary: $32- $40/hr based on experience
  • Sign On BONUS: $5,000
    (only valid for full time employees, invalid if you received a sign on bonus from any Venza Care facility in the past)

    Key Responsibilities
  • Implement creative treatment plans for daily living activities
  • Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and ADL training
  • Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques
  • Monitor and document patient progress
  • Contribute to a positive, patient-centered care environment
  • Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting
  • Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant ( COTA ) certification in the state of AL
  • Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Creativity in adapting activities to patient needs
