Dietitian - Clinical Dietitian
LocationDecatur, GA
Schedule / Job TypeContract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 5x8s, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | 40 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities- Assess dietary needs of bariatric clinic patients to determine appropriate nutritional interventions
- Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans tailored to each patient's clinical needs
- Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling and patient education
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting nutrition plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Certified or Registered Dietitian (RD or RDN) credential required
- Active Georgia state dietitian license required
- Experience in clinical dietetics, including patient assessment and nutrition planning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient counseling and team collaboration
- Prior experience working with bariatric or weight management patient populations
- Experience in an acute care or hospital-based clinical setting
- Complimentary on-site parking provided
