Commonwealth Hospice seeks a Chaplain/Spiritual Caregiver to deliver in-home spiritual care to patients and families within a 50-mile radius. The role involves Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM schedules with occasional evenings/weekends and travel across the service area.
Requires 2+ units of Clinical Pastoral Education or a Bachelor's degree in theology, divinity, or religion, plus endorsement by a recognized Faith Group. Health-care experience and a valid driver's license are also needed.
