We are a seeking an ambitious, friendly, positive, and compassionate Benefits Reverification Specialist to join our Infusion Team.
The Reverification Specialist is responsible for reviewing the infusion daily schedule to ensure accurate insurance benefits and authorization information for each clinic/site. The Reverification Specialist is responsible for assisting with the coordination and processing of all incoming referrals, patient reorders and flipping of the schedule. Additional tasks include ensuring no insurance or manufacturer portal gaps for benefits. The Reverification Specialist is expected to perform the flipping of the daily schedule and be out at least ten (10) business days ahead of the current day of the infusion schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Obtain eligibility and benefit information from medical insurance companies
- Use insurance online portals for insurance verification
- Speak to insurance companies regarding specific drugs to determine coverage
- Answer incoming calls and deal with inquiries
Respond and comply to requests for information - Complete other clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements QUALIFICATIONS EssentialMust be able to work Monday-Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Insurance eligibility and benefits experience
High school diploma
Great customer service skills
A neat, professional appearance
Knowledge of computer and relevant software applications (Next Gen a plus)
Knowledge of general clerical procedures
Working knowledge of healthcare insurance required
