Location: Northern
Hope West in Grand Junction, CO is seeking a Chaplain (Variable/PRN) to support patients and families. You will join an interdisciplinary care team to provide spiritual care aligned with each person’s goals during illness and end-of-life transitions.
Responsibilities include building relationships with clergy, assisting with funeral planning, and connecting patients to community resources. A valid Colorado driver’s license and 1 year of chaplain/pastoral experience are required.
