Location: Northern
Elara Caring is seeking a Spiritual Coordinator to provide compassionate spiritual care within our hospice team. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and offer guidance to patients and families, while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to integrate spiritual care into the overall care plan.
