The Patient Care Technician (PCT) reports to the Nurse Manager. Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, the PCT performs multi-skilled activities to support a decentralized patient-centered approach to patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, BLS certification within two weeks of hire, and possible progression through PCT I/II levels with related healthcare experience.
