Long Island-based, 5 days/week role with a $100M ABA provider expanding into a new state. You will own the full build-out and launch of operations in the new market.
Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end launch of ABA services in a new state
- Build and scale clinical and operational infrastructure from the ground up
- Hire, develop, and lead the initial clinical and administrative teams
- Drive quality, compliance, and outcomes to company standards from day one
- Own facility readiness, staffing, and productivity targets
- Serve as the primary link between the new market and executive leadership
- Establish strong parent/client experience and early retention
- Identify and execute on rapid growth opportunities once live
