Position: MEDICAL RECORDS / NURSING SCHEDULER

MEDICAL RECORDS / NURSING SCHEDULER

Are you organized, creative, and great at making things work? We want YOU! We’re looking for a Medical Records / Nursing Scheduler to help keep our nursing department staffed, organized, and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and create nursing schedules to ensure proper staffing and coverage
  • Ensure daily building PPD requirements are met
  • Get creative when it comes to covering open shifts and staffing challenges
  • Coordinate call-offs, shift changes, and open shifts
  • Work closely with nursing leadership and staff to maintain coverage
  • Think outside the box to find staffing solutions
  • Maintain accurate and organized medical records
  • Monitor daily staffing needs and make adjustments as needed
We’re Looking For
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Creative thinker who can find solutions when shifts need covered
  • Able to multitask and handle changing priorities
  • Healthcare or long-term care experience preferred
  • STNA certification is a plus!
  • Scheduling experience is a plus!
