Location: Northern
Altus Hospice in Georgetown, TX seeks a Licensed Medical Social Worker (LMSW) to deliver compassionate hospice social work services per diem. You’ll support patients and families with counseling and psychosocial planning, working with the RN Case Manager and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care in the Georgetown area.
The ideal candidate holds an MSW from an accredited program, is licensed by the State Board, and has at least one year of healthcare or hospice experience.
