Location: Northern
Community Action Partnership Orange County is hiring a Community Health Worker to support CalAIM Housing Navigation, ECM, and Family Resource Centers. You will assist the most vulnerable, including homeless individuals, by helping them navigate health and social services in person.
Salary is $23.00-$24.00 per hour. This on-site role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and may include evenings or weekends.
