We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our health care team. As a PTA at Pearl Pavilion, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their maximum potential by assisting with physical therapy treatments, exercises, and activities. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and making a positive impact in the lives of others.

• Assist physical therapists in the delivery of patient care, including exercises, treatments, and activities
• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans in conjunction with physical therapists
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  
  Monitor and document patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and adjustments to treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient care and therapy sessions
• Collaborate with other health care professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or certification in Physical Therapy Assistance (PTA) preferred
• 1+ years of experience, but willingness to learn and grow with our team
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
