Position Overview

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to perform treatment, patient education, and exercise instruction aimed at improving patient well-being within home care settings. The PTA will follow all state laws, work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, and make recommendations for care plan adjustments. • Current licensed or certified PTA in the state of practice
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation
• Availability for weekend rotations
