Location: Northern
Care Ring Health is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide professional in-home physical therapy under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. The role emphasizes adherence to Plan of Care, accurate documentation, and patient/caregiver education.
Qualified candidates will have a 2-year PTA program, PA license, and CPR certification, with prior home health experience preferred. A sign-on bonus is offered and compliance with agency policies is required.
