Key Highlights

Home Branch in Centennial, CO. Travel RT supporting 5 Colorado branches and 1 branch in Casper, Wyoming

Hours:

8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Work Arrangement:
Approximately 40% office and 60% field Travel territory ranges from 1 hour to 4 hours depending on branch location Occasional overnight travel may be required; per diem provided for meals Salary Range $36.00–$43.00 per hour. Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, education, and applicable credentials. On-Call Transparency Approximately 4 on-call days per month Mix of phone support and patient home visits

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct home visits to perform oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilation equipment setups and follow ups
  • Educate patients and caregivers on equipment use, cleaning, troubleshooting, and maintenance
  • Assess patient needs, document care delivered, and ...
  • Respond to hospital discharge requests and support patient needs
  • Collaborating with physicians, case managers, and internal branch teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation using iPad/laptop
  • Set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment, including, but not limited to, oxygen therapy, nebulization therapy, apnea monitoring, suctioning, PAP, invasive and non-invasive ventilation
  • Inspects and tests equipment to ensure proper operating condition
  • Perform clinical assessments and tests such as pulse oximetry, ETCO2, spirometry and gathering vital signs
  • Performs other duties as required
What We Look For
  • Respiratory Therapist with an active CO and WY RT license. CRT and RRT credentials considered
  • Minimum 5 years of Respiratory Therapy experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Home Healthcare/DME experience
  • Ability to stand, lift, push and/or pull objects ranging from 10 – 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Comfortable using mobile technology, navigation tools, and digital documentation
  • Education Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
  • Certificates, licenses, registrations or professional designations
  • Hold a current RCP license in the state of practice (or states that the location covers) if that state requires an RCP license to allow the practice of respiratory therapy
  • Hold a current CPR Certification
  • Hold all applicable licensure in good standing for all states of practice
