• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual needs and develop tailored massage plans.
• Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to target specific muscle groups and alleviate pain.
• Educate clients on self-care practices, occupational health tips, and post-treatment routines to maximize benefits.
• Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and treatment plans in compliance with medical terminology standards.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment by adhering to hygiene protocols and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals or med spa staff to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Stay current with industry trends, physiology knowledge, and new therapies to continually enhance your skills.

• Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification.
• Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and delivering effective massage therapies such as deep tissue and trigger point therapy.
• Strong understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
• Knowledge of occupational health principles and experience working in a med spa environment is preferred.

Pay: $37.17 - $44.77 per hour
