Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and interpret assessment results
  • Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Participate in IEP meetings; help formulate individualized education plans
  • Provide teachers and staff with guidance on academic, behavioral, and socio-emotional supports
  • Implement and track evidence-based interventions in both general and special education environments
  • Support crisis intervention and help maintain a safe, positive school climate
  • Monitor and report student progress using data-driven approaches
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in School Psychology
  • New York School Psychologist Certification
  • Prior experience in K–12 educational settings preferred
  • Exceptional skills in assessment, communication, and collaboration
