Location: Northern
Child & Family Services, Inc. seeks a Recovery Support Navigator to assist individuals on their recovery journey. You will conduct screenings, intakes, and referrals, collaborating with recovery coaches to coordinate services and supports.
You will provide trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, person-centered care, help consumers clarify goals, and access community resources, including transportation and after-hours care when needed.
