Physical Therapist Assistant; PTA)

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support a healthcare organization focused on outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation and patient-centered physical therapy services. This position is on-site in Centreville, VA. The Physical Therapist Assistant will assist in implementing individualized treatment plans while providing one-on-one care in an outpatient clinical setting under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. • Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans developed by licensed Physical Therapists.
• Provide one-on-one treatment for a diverse patient population, including post-surgical patients, individuals with chronic pain, sports injuries, sprains, and strains.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, functional mobility activities, and other prescribed treatment interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using an electronic medical record (EMR) system with AI-assisted note efficiency tools.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and support clinic growth initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Health Sciences, or a related field.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• Experience supporting outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation or related clinical environments.

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
