Salary: $140,000–$150,000 annually

Lakeside Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced, visionary Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in Richmond, Virginia.

As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will:

• Provide overall leadership for daily facility operations

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

• Drive quality measures and survey readiness

• Lead financial performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency

• Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional department leaders and staff

• Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and resident satisfaction

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, referral partners, and the community

• Partner with regional leadership to achieve strategic goals and operational excellence

• Current Virginia Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing Home Administration, Business Administration, or related field required

• Master’s degree preferred

• Previous leadership experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting strongly preferred

• Demonstrated success in regulatory compliance, census development, financial management, employee engagement, and quality improvement

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
