We are seeking a COTA to work full-time (5 days/week, M-F, school hours) with school-age students and preschool students in Beaver County, Pennsylvania! Job Summary

A Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) provides school-based therapy services to students from preschool through 12th grade under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. This role focuses on supporting student development in fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional participation in the classroom.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students (PreK–12) under OT supervision
  • Assist in implementing IEP goals and individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support student success
  • Complete required documentation
    , including:
  • Progress notes
  • Data collection
  • Support for IEP updates and reviews
  • Participate in IEP meetings as needed
  • Support student development in areas such as:
  • Fine motor skills
  • Sensory integration
  • Activities of daily living (ADLs)
  • Travel between school locations during the school day (between assigned districts)
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Active Pennsylvania COTA License
  • Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
