Location: Northern
Allina Home Health in Minnesota seeks a registered nurse to join our in-home care team, providing compassionate nursing care and coordinating plans of care for patients in their homes.
You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and modify care plans, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, and support patients needing rehabilitation, medical intervention, or end-of-life care. This role includes 8-hour day shifts, 1.0 FTE, and every 5th weekend rotation.
