Location: Barbourville
Bluegrass Care Navigators is seeking a Chaplain to provide compassionate spiritual care to patients, families, and caregivers in alignment with hospice philosophy. You will perform spiritual assessments and counseling, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to support holistic end-of-life care.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm;
Coverage in Knox, Bell, and Harlan Counties; must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
