Oak Hill in Enfield, CT is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) for the evening shift. You’ll provide person-centered support in a residential setting, helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live with greater independence, dignity, and connection to their communities.
The role offers 34 hours per week with Sunday–Monday 3p–11p and Friday–Saturday 2p–11p. Base pay is $20.39 per hour with schedule-based differential pay.
