Location: Northern
Sigma Health Rehab seeks a per diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Far Rockaway, NY. The PTA will provide therapy under the supervision of an OT, assist residents with daily activities, and help implement the rehabilitation plan.
