Location: Northern
Kaweah Health in Visalia, California, seeks a Life Safety Manager to oversee safety operations across our campuses. You will supervise the Life Safety team, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate inspections with Joint Commission, CMS, and state agencies.
The role requires three years in OSHA/EOC/EPA/CMS, a valid California driver's license, and OSHA 10; crisis intervention training is preferred. You will develop safety programs, conduct training, and work with facilities and education
