Your Role

In this position, you'll partner with therapists, residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to provide therapy services that support improved function, mobility, and independence. You'll help develop positive outcomes while encouraging residents throughout their rehabilitation and wellness journey.

Qualifications
  • Current Nebraska Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
  • Strong commitment to resident-focused care
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Professional, dependable, and compassionate demeanor
  • Experience working with dementia care populations is beneficial
