Northern Dauphin Nursing & Rehab is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a dedicated clinician who enjoys helping residents improve mobility, strength, and independence in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist with resident evaluations and contribute to individualized treatment planning.
• Implement therapeutic interventions designed to improve mobility, balance, strength, and overall function.
• Accurately document treatment sessions, resident progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident recovery and quality of life.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
