Location: Northern
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a dedicated dialysis health care team member to assist with safe and effective dialysis therapy under licensed supervision. Responsibilities include machine setup, patient education on adequacy measures, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a clean treatment environment.
Expect to participate in CQI activities, ensure accurate documentation, and support transitions to different dialysis modalities as needed.
