Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers and CNAs to provide one-on-one care to clients throughout Columbia and the surrounding communities. • Weekly pay with direct deposit
• $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Earn up to $1,800 in retention bonuses
:

• $300 at 30 days
• $600 at 60 days
• $900 at 90 days

Retention bonuses require employment in good standing and a minimum of 20 hours worked per week.

• Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal care
• Prepare meals and clean up afterward
• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, sweeping, and dusting
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
• Run errands and assist with daily activities
• Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
