Heart of Texas Behavioral Health Network is seeking a Counselor/LPHA DC to provide psychosocial assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, and individual/group counseling at the Diversion Center.
You will collaborate with RNs and the treatment team, maintain timely documentation, pursue LPHA licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT or licensure candidate), and may assist with crisis and behavioral interventions as needed.
