Job Summary Provides OT services under supervision of a licensed OT. Assists patients in regaining daily living and independence.##

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Carry out OT treatment plans.
* Instruct patients in adaptive equipment and self-care.
* Document services and report progress to OT.
* Collaborate with therapy and nursing staff.## Qualifications
* Associate’s Degree from accredited OTA program.
* Current state license.
* Experience preferred.## Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- KSAs
* Knowledge of OT activities.
* Ability to follow OT instructions.
* Strong communication skills.## Physical & Environmental Requirements
* Lifting, standing, walking, bending.
* Healthcare and LTC facility environment.
