** Boone Hospital Center, a 392-bed full service hospital in Columbia, Missouri is seeking a PA Cardiologist. This role functions as an integral member of the inpatient cardiology team, providing comprehensive care to hospitalized patients with acute and chronic cardiovascular conditions.

** Overview
* *** Responsibilities:
*** Perform comprehensive history and physical examinations on cardiology inpatients.
* Evaluate and manage patients with conditions including but not limited to:  + Acute coronary syndromes  + Decompensated heart failure  + Arrhythmias and electrophysiologic disorders  + Valvular heart disease  + Pericardial disease  + Hypertensive emergencies
* Develop and implement evidence-based management plans.
* Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, ECGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, cardiac imaging).
* Initiate and titrate cardiovascular medications.
* Perform daily rounds and document progress notes.
* Provide discharge planning, medication reconciliation, and follow-up coordination.

** Qualifications**:
* Degree: minimum of a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), a Doctor of Physician Assistant (DPA) is preferred
