** Position Summary
** As a Physical Therapist, you will:
* Evaluate patients and identify movement and functional limitations
* Create and lead individualized treatment plans
* Help restore movement, function, and quality of life
* Work closely with an interdisciplinary team for optimal recovery
** Key Responsibilities
*** Perform comprehensive PT evaluations
* Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
* Provide hands-on therapy: manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, mobility training
* Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention
* Track and document progress; adjust plans as needed
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, OTs, and other clinicians
* Stay current with PT best practices through continuing education
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
** Qualifications
* ** Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (accredited program)
* Valid state PT license
* Clinical experience preferred; new grads welcome
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills
* CPR certification preferred
