Axis Eye Optometric Group is looking for a full-time Optometrist to join its collaborative team in Elk Grove, California, located in the greater Sacramento area. Supported by highly qualified opticians, an expansive selection of designer frames, and a convenient on-site optical lab, the team delivers a seamless experience that helps patients see and feel their best.

As a full‑time Optometrist, you’ll provide comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages in a high‑end boutique clinic setting, performing eye exams, diagnosing and assisting in the treatment of ocular disease, prescribing and dispensing corrective lenses, managing eye emergencies, and educating patients on healthy vision practices. Supported by a cross‑trained team, you’ll use advanced diagnostic technology, including digital retinal imaging, to deliver a seamless patient experience throughout each encounter.

This role includes approximately eight hours of patient care daily, with an expected patient volume of about 16 to 18 patients per day, and offers competitive pay, benefits, paid time off, a continuing education allowance, and production bonus potential.

You’re a compassionate, self‑motivated Optometrist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and creating a welcoming experience for every patient. You bring strong interpersonal skills, a service‑oriented mindset, and the ability to build trusted relationships with patients and colleagues. You are also committed to ongoing learning and open to integrating innovative techniques that support high‑quality, modern eye care. A current California state optometry license is required.
