We are seeking a
licensed Occupational Therapist
to join our interdisciplinary team and collaborate closely with BCBAs, RBTs, and families. This role focuses on
functional skills, sensory regulation, and participation in daily routines
, while maintaining clear professional boundaries and evidence-based practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who enjoys working in a
team-based environment
without being expected to practice outside their scope.

• Conduct OT evaluations and standardized assessments
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans
• Address areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and functional participation
• Collaborate with BCBAs to align OT and ABA goals appropriately
• Provide caregiver education and training
• Participate in team meetings and progress reviews
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory standards
• Uphold ethical and professional standards of Occupational Therapy practice

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current state OT license in Kentucky
• NBCOT certification
• Experience working with pediatric populations
• Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team
