Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual counseling services to students within the school setting
  • Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs
  • Manage and maintain an active caseload in accordance with agency expectations
  • Collaborate with school personnel, families, and community partners to support student success
  • Participate in treatment planning, case consultations, and interdisciplinary staffing meetings
  • Respond to student behavioral health crises and provide appropriate intervention and support
  • Coordinate referrals and connect students and families with community resources
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Serve as a liaison between students, families, schools, and community providers to ensure coordinated care
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or another licensure-eligible behavioral health field
  • Licensure:
    Must hold or be working toward one of the following Missouri licenses: PLPC or LPC LMSW or LCSW PLMFT or LMFT
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience providing individual, family, and group therapy services
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, or school-based populations
  • Knowledge of community resources and behavioral health systems
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
