Job Description & How to Apply Below

Join a collaborative, clinically led team at a specialized, holistic eating-disorder treatment practice serving the greater Phoenix area. We provide Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) care for adolescents and adults in an inclusive, non-corporate setting.

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate licensed mental-health provider to deliver Hybrid/In Person evidence-based eating-disorder treatment (some virtual options are available, but specific In Person availability is required). This is an opportunity for a clinician who values thoughtful teamwork, flexibility, and high-quality, trauma-informed care.

What you’ll do
  • Provide process and/or DBT groups, individual therapy, and family therapy for IOP and OP clients.
  • Complete clinical assessments, determine appropriate level-of-care recommendations, and support treatment planning.
  • Develop, update, and document individualized care plans and progress in a timely, professional manner.
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary consultation, treatment-team meetings, discharge planning, referrals, and care coordination.
  • Help clients and families navigate recovery, including food, body-image, weight, and related behavioral concerns.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records and meet agency, ethical, and licensure requirements.
  • Prepare and facilitate groups and sessions in accordance with program guidelines and client needs.
What we’re looking for
  • Current Arizona license as an LAC/LPC, LMSW/LCSW, psychologist, or other qualified behavioral-health provider. We have 2 supervisor’s on staff in each LPC/LCSW division.
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related clinical field.
  • At least one year of eating-disorder treatment experience (at the IOP level or higher preferred)
  • Experience with DBT skills, trauma-informed care, group therapy, family therapy, and case coordination.
  • Strong assessment, documentation, communication, organization, and clinical judgment.
  • A collaborative, adaptable approach and commitment to ethical, inclusive care.
Schedule and compensation

Part-time through full-time opportunities are available, approximately 20-30 hours per week. Groups are held mornings and evenings; no weekend groups. Individual-session availability can be coordinated with the clinical team, but some afternoon availability needed (approx 2 days per week) to accommodate after school and work schedules. Employee and independent-contractor options may be available. Compensation is competitive and based on experience and licensing.

AZBBHE approved licensee (LAC/LPC/LMSW/LCSW/PsyD/PhD/…). One year eating disorder treatment experience
