Image Care Radiology
is seeking a Full-Time Legal Records Custodian for our Hackettstown office. All new hires are required to attend first-day orientation at our Mount Olive office before reporting to their assigned work location or training site.
Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITIONThe
legal record custodian is the individual responsible for the dissemination of patients’
medical and billing statement records to requestors for legal purposes. This role is crucial
for ensuring that records are handled correctly and in accordance with The
Health
Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and New Jersey state laws.
- Legal Assistance (Preferred)
