Extended Family Home Care provides in-home care services for seniors and adults in Southern New Hampshire and Coastal Maine. Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), and Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes to help them stay safe, comfortable, and independent.
